Privacy policy
The short version: your details are only used to reply to your enquiry, and they're never sold or passed on for marketing.
What information is collected
When you request a quote through the website, you're asked for your name, a phone number or email address, and some details about the job. That's it. Nothing more is asked for, and only what you choose to share is collected.
How it's used
Your details are used for one thing: getting back to you about your enquiry. The form sends them straight to my email inbox and they aren't added to any mailing list, shared with third parties for marketing, or sold to anyone.
If the job goes ahead, your contact details are kept for as long as needed to arrange and complete the work. If you'd like them deleted at any point, just ask.
Services the website relies on
Like most websites, this one uses a few third-party services to work properly. The quote form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, and form messages are delivered by an email service (Resend). With your permission, the site also uses Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed, so it can be improved over time. These cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time using the cookie choices link in the footer.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. There's no form or process for this, just get in touch.
